BYLAWS

1.     SECRETARY:     It will be the responsibility of the Secretary to maintain possession of the Club constitution and bylaws and any amendments included. He/She shall retain the Club's charter and have all documents available for review at all meetings.

2.     MEMBERSHIP:     Membership is open to all licensed Amateurs. Full membership includes all Club privileges as well as the opportunity to hold office and vote for club officers. Associate membership is open to all persons interested in amateur radio. Upon request of a full Club member, the spouse and/or minor children may be granted full membership if licensed, or Associate membership if not, at no additional cost.  Applications for membership may be submitted to the club secretary at regular meetings. Membership may be revoked for cause.

3.     MEETINGS:     Regular meetings will be held monthly at such place and time as the President and Board of Directors shall order. Special meeting may be called by the President upon written request by any five club members. Members will be notified of a called meeting at least 48 hours before such meeting is scheduled. Regular club business shall not be discussed at such meetings.

4.     DUES:     Dues shall be recommended by the Board of Directors and voted on at a regular club meeting. The Board of Directors shall review assessed dues each year in the month of November. If adopted, new dues shall take effect on January 1 following adoption.

5.    COMMITTEES:    Committees shall consist of Standing Committees and ad hoc committees: Standing Committees shall be: Repeater Committee, Hamfest Committee, Sunshine Committee, Website Committee, Weekly Net coordination.    Ad hoc committees may be dissolved following completion of the business for which established. These Committees may be: Field Day Committee, Audit Committee, Christmas Party Committee, Annual Picnic Committee, FCC Testing Committee, Constitution and Bylaws Committee and such others as may be established from time to time by the President and Board.
